Aurora Sunglasses is a custom sunglasses manufacturer serving brands, retailers and distributors. This page explains, in plain language, what business information we gather when you ask us for pricing, samples or a private-label programme, and what we do with it.
Information we receive
If you fill in our contact form, email us or reach us on WhatsApp, we hold the details you give us — your name, company, email address, phone and the specifics of your enquiry (styles, quantities, branding needs, target market). Any artwork or logo files you send are stored only to prepare your project. Separately, our analytics tool records anonymous usage data such as the pages you viewed and your approximate location.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, quote a price, arrange samples, run your order and handle after-sales support. We also use site analytics to understand which of our products buyers are interested in so we can improve the range and the website.
Sharing
We never sell or rent your details. Within Aurora Sunglasses, your enquiry is seen by the people who need to answer it — our sales team and, once an order is live, production staff. We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the site and receive messages: Google Analytics for visitor statistics and FormSubmit for form delivery. If your order ships, we pass only the minimum information to the freight forwarder or customs broker that needs it.
Keeping data
Enquiry details stay on file while we might reasonably work together again; order and export records are retained as long as commercial and customs rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us to update or remove your contact details, or to stop contacting you, any time — just email sales@aurora-sunglasses.com. Buyers in the EU and UK may have additional rights of access, correction, portability and restriction, which we will respect in line with the law that applies to them.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics, which places cookies to tell repeat visitors apart and to measure which pages help buyers. This site does not run advertising or retargeting.
