Order Terms, Payment & Returns

The following terms apply to orders placed with Aurora Sunglasses. They are set out for business buyers — brands and retailers buying custom or wholesale sunglasses. Where your signed quotation says something different, your quotation takes precedence.
Minimum order & sampling
Our MOQ starts at 100 pairs per colour on a standard mould, and lower at 50 pairs for simple private-label decoration of an existing style. Fully custom moulds raise the MOQ because the tooling must be spread across the run; we quote that per project. We always produce a physical sample before a bulk order and ask you to approve it in writing. Sample charges are quoted case by case and gifted back on qualifying bulk orders.
Payment
Our standard arrangement is a deposit to release production and the balance before dispatch, or against shipping documents for repeat clients. Payment is by bank transfer. Your proforma invoice states the exact schedule and currency for your order.
Lead times
After you approve the sample, production normally takes 15–25 days; custom tooling programmes take longer. Lead times are estimates confirmed on your order and are counted from the day we have both sample approval and deposit in hand.
Quality
Each production batch is checked on our line before packing — lens quality, UV400, frame alignment and hinge function — and any batch can be sent for third-party inspection (SGS, BV or similar) at your request and expense.
Shipping
We quote FOB by default and can arrange DDP where you prefer. Risk transfers in line with the Incoterm on your invoice. We prepare the export paperwork and will liaise with your customs broker.
Defects & returns
Contact us within 15 days of receipt if you find a manufacturing fault, with photos and the quantity affected. Verified factory defects are corrected by replacement or credit, at our discretion. We cannot accept returns for approved samples, buyer-supplied designs, a change of mind, or transit damage — the latter sits with the carrier under your freight arrangement. Colour and finish within standard industry tolerance are not classed as defects.
Your designs
You confirm you have the right to any logo, artwork or design you send us, and you allow us to use it solely to make your order. We will not offer your custom designs to other customers.
